Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview
OMG — Original Marketing Game ("OMG", "we", "our") is committed to being fair and transparent with our subscribers. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for all Original Marketing Game subscriptions.
All paid subscriptions are processed by our payment provider. Payment collection and refund processing is handled securely on our behalf by a third-party payment processor.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked, no cancellation fees.
How to cancel: Go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel plan". You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed.
What happens after cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You retain full access to all paid features until that date.
- Your account automatically downgrades to the Free plan when the period ends.
- Your Voice Profile, content history, and account data are retained. Nothing is deleted.
- Your subscription will not auto-renew after cancellation.
3. Refunds — 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Scale).
To request a refund: Email consult@originalmarketinggame.com within 7 days of your charge with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address on your account. We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Conditions for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 7 calendar days of the charge date.
- Refunds apply to the most recent charge only — not to previous billing periods.
- One refund per customer per 12-month period.
- Refunds are not available for accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service (e.g. scraping, abuse, fraudulent use).
4. After the 7-Day Window
After the 7-day refund window, all payments are final. We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing period.
If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at consult@originalmarketinggame.com and we will investigate.
5. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the pro-rated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period. You retain access to the higher-tier features until then.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan has no associated charges and therefore no refunds apply. You may stop using the Free plan at any time by closing your account from Settings.
7. Account Deletion
If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, email consult@originalmarketinggame.com with the subject "Delete My Account". We will permanently delete all your data within 30 days. Account deletion does not automatically trigger a refund — refund eligibility is determined by the 7-day policy above.
